Perhaps the most successful dragbike bracket racer ever, Mike Konopacki, recently fractured his skull while playing hockey in his home country of Canada. The multi-time champion was struck in the head with a stick and had to undergo surgery.
Konopacki, the only man to ever win three classes at a single AMA Prostar event, was spectating at the Manufacturers Cup from Valdosta, Ga., Nov. 11-13 and reported that he is in good health and on the road to recovery. The Canadian sported a noticeable scar between his eyes. We wish Konopacki a speedy recovery and hope to see the talented racer back in action real soon.
So sorry to hear of your accident, hope you feel better soon.
Get well soon!
