The Coffman Tank Trucks Buell of Angie Smith heads into the 42nd annual NHRA SuperNationals at Old Bridge Township Raceway Park this weekend. Smith hopes to step it up a notch in Englishtown, New Jersey with the help of her new motor.
“I am really excited about Englishtown this weekend,” says Smith. “I have a new motor this race and it is really good on the dyno. I can’t wait to see what it runs on the race track.”
Smith is looking to work her way back into the top-10 in the NHRA Full Throttle Championship point standings as well, so she has a lot on her plate this weekend, but is determined to get it done.
“We have been working non-stop here lately to get things back up to par, so hopefully it all pays off starting Friday.”
