In his new role, Partenza will oversee the finance, accounting, budgeting and strategic planning for all of IRG’s properties as well as manage the company’s relationship with TPG Specialty Lending. Partenza joins IRG with more than 20 years of experience in financial operations, strategic revenue growth, and has a significant background in executive leadership within the sports industry.

Prior to joining IRG, Partenza was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Florida Panthers Hockey Club, Sunrise Sports and Entertainment and BB&T Center. He provided innovative and cost effective profit strategies and operational changes that promoted the growth of the organization. In addition, Partenza has held senior level positions with Leverage Management Consulting, Tristar Aerospace Company and more.
Lou will be based in Jupiter, Florida at the company’s corporate headquarters.
