The generosity of motorcyclists will again be on display for the 84th annual Sturgis Rally, and this year participants in Sturgis Buffalo Chip charity rides will have the opportunity to rub elbows with legendary actors, electrifying sports icons, motorcycle industry greats and more. The Legends Ride, Biker Belles and Rusty Wallace Ride raise money to support local and national charities and break the common misconception that the community doesn’t benefit from Sturgis Rally visitors. To date, Buffalo Chip charity events alone have raised over $2.3 million for worthwhile causes because of the giving nature of these very visitors. Those who want to get involved in this year’s charity events can find more info at BuffaloChip.com.
“Part of the fun of these three awesome charity events for people is spending time with these amazing celebs and icons who also share the same drive for supporting worthy charities and benefiting our community,” said Sturgis Buffalo Chip CEO Rod Woodruff. “We can’t thank these celeb guests enough for the support and dedication they’ve made to these very special causes. These are experiences that’ll be cherished forever by all involved and will have long-lasting effects in our local community.”

Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC), The World’s Fastest Growing Combat Sports Promotion, will make their highly anticipated debut in Sturgis, South Dakota with BKFC-63 on Saturday, August 3 at the Legendary Sturgis Buffalo Chip. The exciting event, headlined by the BKFC’s Women’s Strawweight World Title Fight between longtime arch-rivals, Defending Champion Britain Hart, (8-3), and #3 Ranked Challenger Taylor ‘Killa Bee’ Starling, (4-2), is promoted with Grunt Style apparel on the first weekend of the iconic 84th Annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.
“We’re very excited to partner with the Legendary Sturgis Buffalo Chip to bring BKFC to this tremendous weekend in Sturgis, South Dakota,” said David Feldman, Founder and President of BKFC. “Britain Hart and Taylor Starling are two of the toughest and most talented women in international combat sports, and this is just the first announcement of a sensational, action-packed card we’re putting together for Saturday, August 3.”
“For many in Sturgis, this will be their first time seeing a BKFC event, and they should be prepared to have their minds blown from this cutting-edge sport, which is rapidly growing in popularity all over the world.”
“Three iconic brands have partnered to deliver the ultimate combat sports spectacle at the legendary Sturgis Buffalo Chip. This event promises to be nothing short of incredible, providing the unforgettable experience fans have come to expect from Buffalo Chip,” said Tim Jensen, Co-Owner of Grunt Style.
Said Britain Hart about making the third defense of her world title, “I’m super excited to finally be back in the ring and doing it in a big way as the main event at Sturgis on August 3. I will be fighting the Bee, because she ain’t no Killer. We’ve been talking about this fight for at least three years. It’s personal and business to me, which makes me the most dangerous threat she’s ever faced. Taylor Starling, it’s time for you to go!”
Stated Taylor Starling, “Both of our careers have led us to this moment, we are two of the best BKFC has to offer, and I’m looking forward to sharing the ring with Britain. But unfortunately for her, the belt is going home with me, The Killa B, and I’m going to sting that ass.”
A longtime veteran of BKFC, dating back to August 25, 2018, the promotions’ second event, Britain Hart has displayed a warrior-like spirit in every fight. This has earned her a wealth of popularity across the country with huge crowds supporting her from coast-to-coast. Triumphant against Charisa Sigala at BKFC-29 on September 10, 2022, the 34-year-old Bedford, VA native was rewarded with the inaugural BKFC Strawweight Women’s World Title. Her dominant two defenses have come against Jenny Savage (BKFC-39) and Melanie Shah (BKFC-51). Currently riding a four-bout winning streak, she also holds exciting victories over combat sport stars Paige VanZant, Pearl Gonzalez and Bec Rawlings.
The 28-year-old Taylor Starling heads into the world title fight following a superior performance over Jenny Clasius on January 27, 2024. The Rock Hill, SC native also has wins on her ledger against Charisa Sigala, Cassie Robb and Angelica Martinez.
A full undercard of action-packed fights for BKFC-63 will be announced shortly.
