Motorcycle bracket racing standout Pablo Gonzalez of Orlando, Fla. is stepping up to the pro ranks and will compete in Pro Stock Motorcycle at the season-opening NHRA Gatornationals from Gainesville, Fla., March 11-14.
Gonzalez will honor his late friend, longtime Pro Stock Bike racer Shawn Gann, who passed away last May.
“It’s a reality for me and will mean so much to ride Shawn’s bike,” Gonzalez said.
Gonzalez will be aboard a Gann EBR V-twin.
As of now it’s a one-race deal.
“If everything goes well we could be open to more than one race, but it’s just one for now,” Gonzalez said.
