The race to the first FLH frame, Harley Bagger seven-second run is heating up and Michael Beland and his team are trying to get it done at the first race of the year. After Beland went 8.14, under the official 8.17 record of Assim Chaudhry, in pre-season testing, he acquired the services of Pro Street / grudge standout Richard Gadson to handle the riding duties at the season-opening, Star Racing Hogs Gone Wild Event at Silver Dollar Raceway in Reynolds, Ga. The rider switch effectively takes 80-pounds off the motorcycle.
