At the highest level of racing, there isn’t much of an off-season.
NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle racer “Flyin” Ryan Oehler wasted no-time kicking off his 2023 season with a mid-January test session at Showtime Dragstrip in Clearwater, Fla.
The highlight of the first two days was nailing an impressive 1.079 60-foot time. Oehler and his experienced crewmen “Ace” and Scott Hamilton were very satisfied.
NHRA lead announcer Alan Reinhardt commented, “That’s sporty.”
Oehler has brought on former Pro Mod champion Brad McCoy to help with the tuning this year and aims to finish in the Top 5 in the NHRA Camping World Point Series.
