The 4.60-index class is one of the most competitive categories in all of motorcycle drag racing. A typical qualifying sheet often sees three or more competitors run dead-on the index.
At the Drag Illustrated Snowbird Nationals from Bradenton Motorsports Park we noticed the talented and fearless Mantez Thompson enter this slick-and-bar dominated class with a street-tire no-bar bike. We caught up with Thompson to get his take on if the no-bar bikes can match the stellar consistency of many of the bar bikes.
