Bill Bader of Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio went viral when he announced that his business was “starving” and that his famous drag racing facility will open and not wait for permission amid the shutdown. Quoting “don’t wait for government to save you, save yourself,” Bader says he has massive bills to pay, has quit taking a paycheck, laid off nearly all of his staff, believes the shutdown is politically motivated and says he will soon be racing and hosting events in a video that broke the internet, getting picked up by not only motorsports media, but major news stations.
This is especially big news for Cycledrag viewers and followers as we have announced a major Top Fuel Motorcycle “Freak show” including world record holding drag bike racer Larry “Spiderman” McBride and a host of other talented racers at the 2020 Norwalk Night Under Fire. Stay tuned to Cycledrag for all the latest on this major motorcycle drag race and weigh in with your opinion on Bader’s earth shattering take.
